Charlotte Amalie, the bustling waterfront seat of government, exudes Danish charm. And Magens Bay Beach on the north end is considered by many travel writers to be among the top ten most beautiful beaches in the world. Embarkation and Sail Away Tea Dance.

Barbuda |
8am |
6pm |
Excursions (TBA) |
Highlights: Chartered by Columbus in 1493, Barbuda has a population of only 1200. It is best known for its 17 miles of pink and white sand beaches - almost like those of Bermuda. Barrier reefs protect the island and keep most of the waters tranquil. Barbuda is the Caribbean's last frontier, even though it is home to two of the region's most expensive and exclusive resorts.

Anguilla |
8am |
2pm |
Excursions (TBA) |
Highlights: Anguilla, one of the Caribbean's most chic destinations, has some of the finest white-sand beaches. More than 30 beaches dot the island, shaded by sea-grape trees. The best beaches such as Rendezvous Bay are on the west end of the island, site of the most expensive hotels.

San Juan, Puerto Rico |
10am |
11:45pm |
Excursions/New Year's Eve Gala |
Highlights: Lush, verdant Puerto Rico is half the size of New Jersey and 1000 miles southeast of the tip of Florida. San Juan, Puerto Rico's capital, is an urban sprawl of several municipalities that lies along the islands north coast. Its architecture ranges from classic colonial to modern beachfront hotels - resembling Miami Beach. The city center is on San Juan Island and the western half of the city contains the beautifully preserved walled city of Old San Juan. The beaches are expansive and the shopping a delight.

| THU |
Vieques/Mosquito Bay, Puerto Rico |
8am |
11pm |
Excursions (TBA) |
Highlights: Vieques is known as "La Isla Nena" (little girl island) and "Isabel Segunda" (Isabel II). Founded in 1843 by Francisco Saínz, Vieques has excellent snorkeling, especially at Blue Beach. The island is also the home of phosphorescent Mosquito Bay. This rare and remarkable phenomenon is caused by millions of luminescent dinoflagellates lighting up when disturbed by movement. Nighttime snorkeling in these luminescent waters is definitely a treat you do not want to miss.

| FRI |
St. Croix, U.S.V.I |
8am |
8pm |
Excursions (TBA) |
Highlights: St. Croix is the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands and has two distinct regions - the rocky and arid east end and the lush, small rain forest on the west end. Between the two are beautiful beaches, and rolling hills. Christiansted one of the most picturesque towns in the Caribbean, is a beautifully restored Danish port with red roofed structures often washed in pink, ocher, or yellow. Buck Island the other port we visit, is legendary for it's crystal-clear water and white-coral sand and even more so for its underwater snorkeling trails. This island could quite possibly be the most important attraction of the Caribbean.
